Most people who have to attend a Magistrates’ Court do so because of an allegation relating to road traffic. Even the most law abiding of citizens can fall foul of the regulations.
Road traffic law employs a system of disqualifications and penalty points which means that for many defendants the consequences of a driving case can be catastrophic, especially if your job is dependent upon your having a driving licence.
Both Nick and Paul have vast experience of road traffic cases. We deal with all manner of traffic cases, including alleged breaches of some fairly obscure and relatively unknown regulations but it is fair to say that some types of case crop up on a more regular basis.
